Gary Owen

Gary Owen at Orpheum Theatre - Wichita

His material pulls from his time in the military, his personal life, and the everyday absurdities that connect people across different backgrounds. The unapologetic, rule-defying approach has made him a fixture on stages nationwide, and his recent YouTube specials BROKEN FAMILY and GARY OWEN…NO S capture that unfiltered energy.

Owen's fanbase has grown by millions in recent months, fueled by social media reach that continues to surge and cement his place as one of the most in-demand touring comedians today. Following a wave of record-breaking, sold-out performances at comedy clubs across the country, he announced his first major North American theater tour, NO HARD FEELINGS, kicking off in early 2026. This Wichita stop delivers the sharp, honest comedy that has defined his reputation.

Beyond stand-up, Owen has appeared in feature films including THINK LIKE A MAN, RIDE ALONG with Ice Cube and Kevin Hart, and BACK ON THE STRIP with Tiffany Haddish. He starred in his own BET series THE GARY OWEN SHOW and played the recurring role of Zach on TYLER PERRY'S HOUSE OF PAYNE. That range shows a performer who knows how to command attention on screen and in a packed theater.
