John Caparulo

John Caparulo at The Loony Bin Comedy Club - Wichita

John Caparulo doesn't soften his comedy for comfort. Cap built a career on dry Midwestern delivery and sharp wit that earned him over 150 appearances on Chelsea Lately, plus specials on Comedy Central and Netflix. His unfiltered perspective and profane precision make audiences lean in, not sit back. On November 14, 2026 at 8:30 PM, he brings that signature style to Loony Bin Comedy Club in Wichita for live comedy in the intimate setting where standup was meant to thrive.

Cap launched in Cleveland and Pittsburgh clubs before earning his place at the Comedy Store in Hollywood. His 2003 breakout at Montreal's Just for Laughs led to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and tours with Blue Collar Comedy and Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy. He headlined nearly 500 shows during a two-year Las Vegas residency at Harrah's and now splits time between Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club and national touring.

Comedy clubs create the kind of connection that arenas and screens can't replicate. You're close enough to catch the timing, the pauses, the glint in a comic's eye when he knows a punchline will land hard. Cap's affinity for profanity isn't shock value, it's rhythm that transforms everyday observations into hilarious, perfectly timed stories. This is standup where spontaneity and audience chemistry give each set its own pace and feel.
