Yolanda Del Rio

Yolanda Del Rio at Orpheum Theatre - Wichita

When a voice has carried ranchera music for fifty years and still commands the stage, you witness something beyond ordinary concerts. Yolanda del Río brings her mariachi to Orpheum Theatre on Saturday, November 21, 2026 at 8:00 PM, delivering the catalog that made her a cultural force across generations. This is the sound of resilience and emotion shaped by decades of artistry.

You can hear songs that defined an era. Her 1972 single La Hija de Nadie sold over one million copies in its first six months, launching her to international recognition. The evening features Se Me Olvidó Otra Vez, Llorar Llorar Llorar, and Una Intrusa, anthems that still resonate with audiences who know heartbreak and strength through music.

Yolanda del Río earned gold and platinum records along with the National Award for Popular Culture from the Mexican Senate. Her work championed women through song, claiming space in a genre where her voice refused to soften. The power in her performances comes from lived experience, not manufactured spectacle, and it deepens with time.
