About Charles Koch Arena
Charles Koch Arena is Wichita State University's basketball and volleyball arena at 1845 Fairmount St. on the WSU campus, with a listed capacity of 10,506. Known to Shocker fans as the home of Devlin Court, the arena hosts WSU men's and women's basketball and volleyball, along with occasional campus and community events. The concourse includes a Shocker merchandise store, a sports history museum, and a long mural chronicling Shockers history. Visitors should plan around event-specific gate times, a clear-bag policy, and WSU's campus parking rules, since parking and entry details can vary by event.

What are the seating options?
The arena's official capacity is 10,506, and seating is arranged in sections around Devlin Court. Accessible seating for guests with disabilities and their companions is available in Sections 106, 108, 110, 120, 121 and 122.
WSU publishes an ADA accessible-route map for the arena, along with parking lot photos, to help visitors plan their path into the building.
Where can I park and how do I arrive?
The official fan guide distinguishes between accessible, reserved and open game-day lots, and notes that accessible game parking southwest of the arena is first-come, first-served. Because WSU's campus otherwise operates as an ePermit parking environment on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. when classes are in session, visitors attending evening or weekend events should still check current game-day instructions, since rules for athletics events can differ from standard weekday campus parking.
General campus parking and athletics event parking follow different arrangements. WSU publishes current permit information and game-day parking guidance; check both for the date and time of your visit. Do not assume a weekday campus shuttle or an open campus lot will be available for an evening game.
Fans with accessibility or health needs can be dropped off in front of the arena near the flag pole. All other drop-offs, including rideshare, taxis and hotel shuttles, use Alumni Drive just south of the arena.
What accessibility services are available?
Accessible seating is located in Sections 106, 108, 110, 120, 121 and 122. WSU's campus accessibility page provides an ADA accessible-route map for reaching the arena, and notes recent accessibility enhancements, including an adjusted door pull force in the ground-level family section and updated ADA entrance signage.
Consult the current game-day parking instructions for accessible lots and any permit requirements. General campus permit rules and arrangements for a particular athletics event may differ.
What can I bring inside?
Wichita State Athletics strongly encourages fans not to bring bags at all to events at WSU facilities, and a clear-bag policy applies when bags are carried; full size details are listed on the athletics department's dedicated clear-bag page. Self-scan ticket stanchions are used at entrances, and when metal detectors are in use, fans walk through with pocket items but must remove hats.
The fan guide normally lists gates opening one hour before volleyball and women’s basketball, and 90 minutes before men’s basketball. Check the specific event for changes. Re-entry is not permitted at athletics events, so arrange any items you need before entering.
Small still cameras under 4 inches are permitted, but video or professional cameras, tripods, monopods and cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted; concessions are available around the concourse.
How do I contact the box office?
The ticket office is located in the arena and houses the building's single ATM. Ticket purchases accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover; checks are accepted at the ticket office and Shocker Store with valid ID, but not at concession stands. The ticket office closes at the same point as general entrances for each sport (for example, at the end of halftime for women's basketball).
