What are the seating options?
The ballpark includes a club level, accessible using the staircase behind Section 13 or the Premium Suite Level Entrance on Maple St. Elevators are also available: one near the first-base (south) end takes fans from the Maple Lobby to club and suite levels and the main concourse, while a second elevator inside the main office building on the east side serves the Emprise Bank Pavilion and main offices. A ticket is required to access these areas.
Where can I park and how do I arrive?
Several parking lots sit within a 5- to 8-minute walk of the ballpark, including Lots 1, 2, 3 and the Maple Lot, reached via Seneca St., Sycamore St., Maple St. or Douglas Ave. depending on which direction you're arriving from. Some lots and garages charge fees, particularly during high-demand games, and limited on-street parking is also available nearby. Because roads can get congested near game time, the team recommends planning your route to your parking spot and from there to the stadium in advance.
Walking, biking and ride-sharing are all practical options. The ballpark is close to Downtown and the Delano district, connected by sidewalks, lighting, pedestrian crossings and two bridges over the Arkansas River. Ride-share pickup and drop-off locations are at the Delano and Maple entrances.
What accessibility services are available?
ADA seating areas are located at the top of Sections 4, 10, 12, 17 and 21. Fans who have purchased an ADA seat but would prefer a folding chair can ask the nearest fan host for assistance. Handicapped-accessible parking is available at each parking facility; drivers with a blue hang-tag or plate should check in with lot attendants where staffed, and they will help direct you to an open accessible space.
What can I bring inside?
Equity Bank Park enforces a clear-bag policy. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches; a small clutch bag (about hand-sized) is also allowed alongside an approved clear bag. Prohibited items generally include purses larger than a clutch, backpacks, briefcases, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, non-approved seat cushions, computer bags and camera bags. Diapers and other baby supplies can be carried in a clear bag.
Confirm the current event’s diaper-bag and medical-item exceptions before arriving. Instructions can differ for special events, including Banana Ball, so standard home-game policies should not automatically be applied to every event.
Outside food and beverages, including bottles and cans, are not permitted, with exceptions for baby formula, baby food, and medication or other special needs. No alcohol may be brought in or taken out, and alcohol sales are limited to two drinks per person per purchase, with sales ending in the middle of the 7th inning during baseball games (or at designated times for concerts and other events).
How do I contact the box office?
On non-game days, the Box Office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On game days, it opens at 10 a.m. and stays open through the conclusion of the 6th inning.
Is Equity Bank Park a cashless venue?
Yes. Equity Bank Park operates as a cashless facility across ticketing, concessions and merchandise, accepting credit, debit and mobile payments. Fans carrying cash can exchange it free of charge for a prepaid debit card at a Ready Station cash-to-card kiosk, located in the main Team Store in centerfield and at a smaller Team Store behind the seating bowl. These prepaid cards can also be used outside the ballpark.
What other amenities should I know about?
Baby changing tables are available in all restrooms along the concourse, and a private Mother's Lounge is located on the concourse behind home plate, next to Guest Services. Family restrooms are located in left field near the Delano Gate entrance and behind Section 11, close to a first aid station. Stadium bathrooms overall are found along the main concourse, the first- and third-base lines, and in left field. First aid and EMS personnel are present during games, with a first aid room on the concourse behind home plate.
Children three years of age and older require a ticket to enter. Guests may exit the ballpark at any time but need a re-entry stamp from an attendant near the exit gates to come back in.
