Annie

Annie at The Forum Theatre - KS

The seven-time Tony Award winner arrives December 18, 2026 at 8:00 PM when The Forum Theatre stages Annie with a fresh polish on the storytelling. Adults can revisit the story with a different perspective on its humor and hope. The production runs December 3 through 20, offering audiences a chance to see familiar material treated with grown-up nuance while keeping the heart intact.

An orphan escapes into Depression-era New York City, outwitting the cruel Miss Hannigan and befriending President Franklin Delano Roosevelt along the way. The plot moves through one adventure after another, mixing humor with danger as Annie navigates a world bigger than the orphanage walls. Every scene builds on pluck and determination rather than sentiment alone.

This holiday theatre production celebrates hope, love, and the pursuit of dreams through musical comedy that keeps energy high and emotion genuine. The combination of lighthearted songs and deeper themes creates a story that lingers beyond the curtain call. Wichita audiences will find a version of Annie designed to surprise anyone who thinks they know what to expect.

It's Christmas magic of the best kind, delivered with theatrical precision and genuine warmth. Bring a friend who appreciates a little optimism with their musical comedy. Find Annie ticket options for Dec 18, 2026 at The Forum Theatre.
